Payment notes
Non-refundable deposit required for custom pieces. Half of the purchase price plus cost of any additional custom items not included in the original design concept. All payments including final purchases are non-refundable. We offer a 15 day warranty on our ink pens due to manufacturer's defects. Defected item must be brought back to us and we will replace it.
